There is not an official entry form. Please send the following information in a spreadsheet: gymnast name, level, USAG or AAU number, date of birth. Please send the coach’s information as well.

Fees
$90 – Optional (Level 7-10)
$70 – USAG Excel and AAU Prep Op
$60 – AAU and USAG compulsory
$50 – Team (each level) – 3 scores count

Admission to Event:
Adults – $10 per day
Seniors – $7 per day
Children (6-12) $5 per day
Children 5 and under are free
All competing gymnasts are free to watch any session.
